Project management instruction for prospective PMPs
In April, I'll be taking a big step - I'm starting formal training for teaching prospective PMPs. I have not done this instruction before.
It's more challenging than it used to be - I expect the PMP exam to cover the PMBOX Sixth edition, the Agile Practice Guide, and the project management literature. Having information on adaptive approaches integrated into PMBOK Sixth edition, it's a big change from the predictive focused approach of the PMBOK Fifth edition.
Students in the class will be focusing on an initial specific area. I expect my area to be either agile/adaptive approaches or the Quality Management knowledge area.
More info is posted on this site - current PMPs who meet the requirements can still reach out to PMI Willamette Valley to join this session.
